  1. I just went vegan and lost 78 pounds in 7 months. No exercise. I tried all the typical advice and it never worked long-term for me. I am hoping this weight loss continues and I keep it all off, this time. This is the most I have ever lost, actually. I should be at my goal in 7 more months with my Growing Vegan Diet, I created.
